Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we have a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure your peace of mind with every purchase.

 

Refunds

If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps to request a refund:

  • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product on info@borgandborg.com.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and attach clear photographs of the damage.
  • Our customer support team will assess the situation and verify the damage.
  • If the damage is confirmed, we will initiate a refund for the full purchase price of the damaged product.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

To be eligible for a refund for a damaged product, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product.
  • Provide clear evidence of the damage through photographs.
  • The damage must be unrelated to any mishandling or misuse by the customer.

Returns

Currently BORG does not accept returns for any products. If you receive a damaged product and require a replacement, we kindly ask you to follow the refund process outlined above. After receiving the refund, you can place a new order for the desired art print.
